Since Changeover Technologies was founded in 2017 our main activity has been to develop a formula and process that enable waste fine particles to be reclaimed and recycled into the circular economy, producing a profitable lower CO2 alternative.
With an ambitious innovation strategy, green technology has been the key focus for our research and development programme.
Supported by a mix of expertise, PhD research scientists to production design engineers, not only have we developed a successful platform technology, five years of extensive R&D has built a solid backbone of proprietary knowledge, leading us into a continuous stream of new product developments.
To date we have produced three market ready products, with two more products in the priority R&D pipeline.

SilForm®
A custom designed ferro-silicate reductant pellet for use in high temperature low CO2 Electric Arc Furnace (EAF) processes for the manufacture of silicon metal products. This reduces scope 3 emissions by 78% and overall lifecycle C02 emissions by 7%.
Changeover has a unique ability to enhance the pellets by blending with trade secret and proprietary waste.

AgriForm®
A unique blended pellet to provide a financially viable alternative to clean-up of electrical utilities legacy fossil ash wastes by blending waste ash with agricultural and other organic wastes and sustainable nutrient sources. Utilised as a depleted soil enhancer providing PH balancing and water retention benefits.

BioForm®
BioForm is a unique net zero transition pellet which allows carbon dependant industries such as steel/cement and silicone to decarbonise their supply chain. It is derived from natural organic materials that are carbonised into clean net zero C02 pellets that are bespoke to our customers’ requirements. Changeover has a unique ability to enhance the pellets by blending with trade secret and proprietary waste.
