Our Formula
Our formula, unlike anything else on the market, works at a molecular level and binds the waste fine particles into a robust and durable pellet.
What makes Changeover Technologies’ patented formula so unique is that there are no deleterious additives bonded to the fines to create their pellet form.
Our unique patented pelletising formula and process enables the reclaimed harvested and washed low ash, fine particles < 500 microns to be recycled into sizable pellets.
The finished pellets are the equivalent of their desired end user products and can be used in a similar logistical and industrial manner.
The Process
Our patented process is controlled throughout by our custom designed software which maintains quality control, resulting in a continuous flow of identical high-quality pellets.
The process takes in the washed waste fines at one end and processes onwards to our unique patented mix/densifying unit where they are treated with our patented formula, doubled in density before being fed into the pelletiser.
Our low energy, low carbon footprint platform technology allows multiple waste streams to be combined to create bespoke specification pellets. Applicable to multiple waste streams, singular or blended. This addresses various sectors such as agriculture, industrial and energy.
The resultant formula and process treated pellets emerge for stacking and cold curing already having an inherent green strength sufficient to allow the curing process to commence.
